  1. When you feel like you are hungry, wait fifteen minutes to see if you are still feeling hunger pains. You may feel hungry, but actually be thirsty or bored. Try taking a brisk walk and having some water. If your hunger remains, feel free to have a bite of food. Be sure you keep focused on losing weight, and don't give up. Should you fail to see a big difference at first, do not feel discouraged.
